To transfer your recordings from the Olympus WS-311M Digital Voice Recorder to your computer, you can follow these steps:
1. Connect the Olympus WS-311M to your computer using the included USB cable.
2. On your Olympus WS-311M, navigate to the "USB" menu option using the device's controls.
3. Select the "PC" option to establish a connection between the voice recorder and your computer.
4. On your computer, open the file explorer or finder to locate the connected Olympus WS-311M device.
5. Double-click on the device to open it and access its contents.
6. Locate the folder or directory where your recorded audio files are stored on the Olympus WS-311M.
7. Select the desired audio files and copy them to a location on your computer's hard drive or any desired folder.
8. Once the transfer is complete, safely disconnect the Olympus WS-311M from your computer by ejecting it or using the "Safely Remove Hardware" option.
