To change the video resolution and frame rate on the Zoom Q2n-4K Handy Video Recorder, follow these steps:
1. Turn on the recorder by pressing the power button.
2. On the Recording Screen, press the "Setting" button (looks like a gear icon).
3. Use the navigation buttons to scroll through the setting options and select "Video Quality" by pressing the corresponding button.
4. Press the "Video Quality" button to enter the video resolution and frame rate settings.
5. Use the navigation buttons to select the desired video resolution and frame rate.
6. Press the confirmation button to save the changes.
