To adjust the camber on the SUPERATV IN-LK-P-RAN1K-6 Polaris Ranger 1000 6 Inch Lift Kit, follow these steps:
1. Remove the A-Arms from the frame.
2. Turn the Pivot Blocks to adjust the camber. Adjusting the Pivot Blocks outward will decrease positive camber, while adjusting them inward will decrease negative camber. Each full turn of the Pivot Blocks is equivalent to 1° of adjustment.
3. Reinstall the A-Arms onto the frame.
4. Lower the machine and settle the suspension components by rolling the machine back and forth several feet at a time.
5. Check the camber settings and make small adjustments as needed.
6. Each time an adjustment is made, roll the machine back and forth to settle the suspension components.
7. Once the desired camber setting is achieved, tighten the hardware completely. It is recommended to use Loc-tite on the nuts for added security.
A negative camber setting of 1° to 2° is recommended for proper alignment. Adjust the camber on both the lower and upper A-Arms as needed to achieve the desired camber setting.
