To transfer recordings from the Olympus VN721PC to a computer, follow these steps:
1. Connect the Olympus VN721PC to your computer using the USB cable provided in the package.
2. On the voice recorder, navigate to the "USB" menu option using the arrow buttons on the device.
3. Press the "OK" button to select the "USB" option.
4. On your computer, the voice recorder will appear as a removable drive.
5. Open the file explorer on your computer and locate the removable drive representing the voice recorder.
6. Open the drive and navigate to the folder where your recordings are stored.
7. Select the recordings you want to transfer and copy them to a folder on your computer.
8. Once the transfer is complete, safely disconnect the voice recorder from your computer by ejecting the removable drive.
9. Your recordings are now transferred to your computer and can be accessed and managed as needed.
