To start recording with the Sony ICDB510F Digital Voice Recorder, follow these steps:
1. Power on the device by pressing and holding the Power/Menu button until the device turns on.
2. The device will automatically enter the recording mode. You will see the recording time and the recording quality displayed on the LCD screen.
3. To begin recording, press the REC/PAUSE button. The recording indicator will appear on the screen, indicating that the device is actively recording.
4. To pause the recording temporarily, press the REC/PAUSE button again. The recording indicator will blink, indicating that the recording is paused.
5. To resume recording after pausing, press the REC/PAUSE button again.
6. To stop the recording, press the STOP button. The device will save the recording and return to the main screen.
