To adjust the thickness of the dough on the SIRMAN Rolling Machine, follow these steps:
1. Make sure the machine is turned off before making any adjustments.
2. Locate the plastic adjuster xxxx on the machine. This xxxx is used to set the gap between the rollers.
3. Pull the xxxx out towards you to engage the spring and allow for adjustment.
4. Rotate the xxxx counterclockwise to set the minimum thickness or clockwise to set the maximum thickness.
5. For better results, it is recommended to adjust the top and bottom rollers separately.
6. Once the desired thickness is set, push the xxxx back in to lock it in place with the pawl.
