To assemble the Sealey YK509F Hydraulic Press 50tonne Floor Type, follow these steps:
1. Unpack the product and check for any damaged or missing parts. If there are any issues, contact your supplier immediately.
2. Assemble the frame by attaching the base sections and supports using the provided fixings. Ensure the frame is level and tighten all fixings.
3. Attach the hand winch assembly to the left-hand post of the frame using the provided fixings. Make sure the cables are correctly located in the rollers before fully tightening the fixings.
4. Attach the pump assembly to the top right-hand side of the frame using the provided fixings. Seek assistance from another person as the pump assembly is heavy.
5. Connect the oil hose to the pump assembly and elbow fitting at position F. Remove the blanking plugs from the elbow fittings before connecting the oil hose.
6. Connect the air hose to the pump assembly by undoing the nut and removing the blanking plug from the end of the air pipe. Place the nut over the pipe and push the air pipe onto the connector on top of the pump assembly. Tighten the nut.
7. Install the pressure gauge by removing the dust cap hex bolt from the pressure gauge and gauge fitting. xxxx the pressure gauge and nylon ring into the pressure gauge fitting until tight. Do not over-tighten.
8. Attach the handle A and handle B to the pump assembly using the provided washer and bolt.
9. Secure the carry handle to the under plate with the provided xxxx .
10. Place the V-blocks in the required orientation onto the bed frame.
