To insert and remove the drill bit on the Clarke CAT219 3/8 Inch Reversible Air Drill, follow these steps:
1. Open the chuck jaws by inserting the chuck key into one of the holes in the chuck and turning it.
2. Make sure the head of the chuck key is located on the barrel of the chuck.
3. Turn the chuck key until the chuck jaws are open enough to accommodate the drill bit.
4. Place the drill bit shank into the jaws of the chuck.
5. Close the chuck jaws and tighten them to grip the drill bit by turning the chuck key.
6. Ensure that the chuck jaws are fully closed and that the drill bit is held firmly.
To remove the drill bit, simply reverse the process by opening the chuck jaws with the chuck key and removing the drill bit from the jaws.
