To set the end-of-travel positions for the HORMANN HS 5040 High Speed Door, follow these steps:
1. Locate the control cabinet for the door.
2. Refer to the instructions supplied with the operator and control unit for specific guidance on setting the end-of-travel positions.
3. For the CLOSE end-of-travel position, ensure that the bottom profile of the door makes full contact with the floor. If the guide is supported or the floor is uneven, select the bottom edge of the side element as the end-of-travel position. Do not exceed the CLOSE end-of-travel position.
4. For the OPEN end-of-travel position, set it so that the lower edge of the bottom profile corresponds to the dimension for the door height. Do not exceed the OPEN end-of-travel position.
