According to the instruction manual, it is recommended to use the Carepeutic KH396 Foot and Leg Massager for no more than 40 minutes at a time. It is suggested to take a 5 to 10-minute break for every 20 minutes of use. Additionally, it is advised not to use the product while sleeping and to avoid falling asleep while the product is in use.
