To set up the iTrans E150U2 18Gbps HDBaseT Extender, please follow these steps:
1. Connect the Transmitter unit to the HDMI source device (e.g., DVD player) using an HDMI cable.
2. Connect the Transmitter unit to the Receiver unit using a CAT6 cable. Make sure to connect the HDBT OUT port on the Transmitter to the HDBT IN port on the Receiver.
3. Connect the Receiver unit to the HDMI display device (e.g., TV) using an HDMI cable.
4. Connect the IR Blaster cable to the IR OUT port on the Transmitter unit and position it near the IR sensor of the HDMI source device.
5. Connect the IR Wideband Receiver cable to the IR IN port on the Transmitter unit and position it near the IR sensor of the HDMI display device.
6. Connect the power supply to either the Transmitter or Receiver unit. The extender supports Power over Cable (POC) function, so only one unit needs to be powered.
7. Power on the Transmitter and Receiver units by connecting the power supply.
8. The Link Signal Indicator (green) and Data Signal Indicator (yellow) on both units should illuminate, indicating a good connection.
9. The HDMI signal from the source device should now be extended to the display device.
