To assemble the Z GRILLS ZPG-5502G Wood Pellet Grill, please follow these steps:
1. Insert the Left Front Leg and Left Rear Leg into the Food Pads.
2. Take the Right & Left Leg and use the Bolt to assemble the grill body through the holes. Use the screwdriver to tighten.
3. Secure the Bottom Plate assembled on the Legs with the Bolt. Use the screwdriver to tighten.
4. Push the Axle through the holes in the legs and then through the Gasket, Wheel, and Gasket in order. Repeat for the other wheel. Assemble the Bolt onto the Axle. Use the Wrench to tighten.
5. Insert the Bolt through Gasket and Lid into the Lid Handle. Use the Wrench to tighten.
6. Insert Bolts through the four holes in the Smoke Stack Assembly and the four holes in the Smoke Stack Gasket. Align and insert through the four holes in the Grill Chamber Assembly and Gaskets, and attach using Nut. Tighten with Wrench. Secure Chimney Cap Assembly assembled on the Smoke Stack Assembly, and then use the Bolt through the Gasket and the holes in the Chimney Cap Assembly, attaching the Cap Nut. Use the Wrench to tighten them.
7. Insert Bolts through the Front Table Left Bracket and into the Front Table. Repeat for Front Table Right Bracket. Use the screwdriver to tighten.
8. Insert Bolts through the Front Table Left & Right Bracket and into the Grill Chamber Assembly. Use the screwdriver to tighten.
9. Attach the Heat Baffle on the Firepot.
10. Install the Grease Drain Pan over the Heat Baffle facing downward to fit onto the locating brackets so that the grease can flow into the Grease Drain Tube.
11. Attach the Porcelain Cooking Grate and Warming Rack in the Chamber.
12. Hang the Grease Bucket on the Hook.
