To install the WILO Stratos ECO-ST 25-1-5 RG Pump, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that all welding and soldering work is completed and the pipe system has been thoroughly flushed out before installing the pump.
2. Choose an easily accessible location to mount the pump for future inspections or exchanges.
3. If installing in an open-vented system, connect the safety vent on the inlet side of the pump.
4. Install isolating valves at both the suction and discharge ports of the pump to facilitate future pump exchanges.
5. Mount the pump without stress, ensuring that the motor shaft is horizontally located.
6. Follow the directional arrows on the pump body and insulation shell to ensure the correct flow direction.
7. If needed, you can alter the mounting location of the control module by turning the motor housing. Refer to the manual for detailed instructions.
8. Make sure to protect the pump against moisture and mechanical damage during transport and storage.
