To assemble and use the CALIMA 46057 Levelling Wedge Set, please follow these steps:
1. Check the contents of the package for integrity and completeness before use.
2. Determine the combination of plates that suits your needs. The set includes 1 rectangular plate (approx. 210 x 105 x 25/32mm), 7 square plates (approx. 210 x 210 x 25/32mm), and 1 chock (approx. 210 x 210 x 120mm).
3. Assemble the plates into a combination according to your requirements. Refer to the provided assembly examples in the manual (Assembly example 1, Assembly example 2, Assembly example 3).
4. If you are using the levelling wedge to compensate for height differences when driving onto the ramp, place the assembled leveller wedge in front of the wheel of your caravan/motorcaravan. Drive carefully onto the leveller wedge with the assistance of a second person. Once you have reached your final position, ensure that the vehicle cannot roll away by engaging the handbrake and using chocks.
5. If you are using the levelling wedge to support the supporting legs, choose a combination that provides a large contact surface or foot for the supporting leg. Do not place the supporting leg with its sharp metal edge on the leveller to avoid damage and ensure stability.
Maintenance and Care:
- After each use, check the parts for damage. Do not use damaged or faulty parts.
- Clean the parts with water and a brush. Do not use aggressive cleaning agents or solvent-based cleaners. Avoid using a high-pressure cleaner.
- Dispose of the levelling wedge set in the recycling bin or through a recycling center.
