To adjust the water flow of the COOPERS OF STORTFORD H752 Buddha Fountain with Rotating Ball, you need to use the control apparatus on the pump. The control apparatus has a "-" and "+" symbol. The "-" symbol represents weaker water flow, while the "+" symbol represents stronger water flow. To decrease the water flow, turn the control apparatus to the "-" position. To increase the water flow, turn the control apparatus to the "+" position. Adjust the water flow according to your preference.
