To connect the Qnect QN-IPC04 Wi-Fi Camera to your home Wi-Fi network, please follow these steps:
1. Download the "q-nect home" app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
2. Open the app and either register and create a new account or log in using your existing account.
3. Tap the "+" symbol in the upper-right corner of the app and select "Security > QN-IPC04" from the list.
4. Optional: Insert a memory card into the camera's micro-SD card slot.
5. Connect the camera to the included USB cable and the power supply unit, then plug the power supply unit into a socket.
6. Wait for a moment until the camera emits a signal tone and the LED starts flashing red quickly.
7. If the camera does not make a "beep" sound or the LED does not flash quickly, press the reset button for more than 6 seconds until you hear a beep sound.
8. If the camera makes a beep sound and the LED flashes quickly, confirm the connection in the app.
9. Confirm that the camera LED is flashing.
10. Enter the name of your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network and its password in the app, then confirm.
11. The camera will now establish a connection to your Wi-Fi network. Once the connection is established, the LED will stop flashing and emit a constant blue light.
12. You can now set up, control, and configure your Wi-Fi camera using the app.
Note: The device name you enter during setup will also be used for push notifications. For more detailed instructions, you can refer to the manual available at www.qnecthome.com.
