To assemble the SEALEY YK20FFP.V2 20 Tonne Floor Type Premier Hydraulic Press, please follow the instructions provided in the manual:
1. Unpack the product and check the contents. If there are any damaged or missing parts, contact your supplier immediately.
2. Assemble the frame by attaching the base sections and supports to the main frame using the provided bolts, washers, lock washers, and nuts. Make sure to tighten all fixings securely.
3. Attach the pump and foot pedal assembly to the right side upright of the main frame using the provided bolts and washers. Ensure that the foot pedal is free to operate.
4. Connect the pump oil hose and o-ring to the joint on the pump assembly after removing the metal dust bungs.
5. Attach the bed frame to the main frame by inserting the table support pins through the holes on the press frame assembly uprights at the desired height. Secure the bed frame with the retaining clips.
6. Place the V-blocks in the required orientation onto the bed frame.
7. xxxx the pressure gauge and nylon ring into the pressure gauge fitting until tight.
8. Secure the handle for the ram plate with screws to the ram plate.
9. Move the assembled press to the desired mounting location and secure it to the floor using concrete anchor bolts or lag bolts.
10. Before first use, purge the hydraulic system to eliminate any air by opening the release valve and pumping the handle several times. Close the release valve after purging.
