To install and set up the Citrix Workspace app on your Android device, please follow these steps:
1. Find and launch the Google Play Store app on your Android device.
2. Tap on the search bar and enter "Citrix Workspace" to search for the app.
3. Tap on the Citrix Workspace app from the search results and select "Install" to begin the installation process.
4. Once the app is installed, launch the Citrix Workspace app.
5. When prompted, allow the app to access the necessary permissions labeled as "Required to Function." These permissions include access to device files, but not access for phone calls, access to record audio (unless specifically recording audio in a Storefront app), or access to device location.
6. Select "Get Started" to proceed with the setup process.
7. In the "Email Address or Store URL" field, enter "Storefront.mhc.net" and then select "Continue."
8. Enter your Munson AD username and password, and then select "Continue."
9. If you have set up two-factor authentication (2FA), you will be prompted to accept it. Follow the instructions provided based on your 2FA method.
10. Once the 2FA prompt is accepted, select the "Storefront" store and then select "Continue."
11. You can now select an app from the Storefront and verify that it launches successfully.
Note: If you encounter any issues during the setup process, such as not accepting the 2FA prompt, dismiss the prompt and try steps 7-8 again, ensuring that you accept and follow the 2FA prompt this time.
