To install the batteries in the MRX/AVM remote control, follow these steps:
1. Open the battery compartment on the back of the remote control.
2. Insert two AAA batteries into the compartment, making sure to match the positive (+) and negative (-) ends of the batteries with the markings inside the compartment.
3. Close the battery compartment securely.
