To install the vive Bathroom Tub Safety Rail properly, follow these steps:
1. Clean the bathtub thoroughly and wipe it dry before applying the rail. The surface must be dry and free of soapy residue for proper installation.
2. Lift up the xxxx located on the rail and rotate it counterclockwise to open. Pull out the clamp until the rail is wide enough to slip on the side of the bathtub.
3. Place the Safety Rail on the bathtub with the xxxx facing outside of the tub. Tighten the xxxx clockwise until the rail feels tight and secure.
4. Push the xxxx down to its original position.
5. Test the installation of the rail before using it. Pull the rail forward, backward, and side to side. If the rail slips or moves, make sure the surface is free of soapy film and is dry. Then, replace the rail at the desired location and re-tighten it.
It is important to periodically check the rail before use and re-tighten it as needed. The rail may require tightening from time to time.
