To adjust the incline on the Star Trac 10TRX FreeRunner Treadmill, follow these steps:
1. Locate the center controls bar, which is easily accessible and located closer to the user.
2. Look for the one-finger speed and elevation controls on the center controls bar.
3. Press the elevation control button to increase or decrease the incline. The treadmill has a maximum incline range of 0-20%.
4. Release the button once you have reached your desired incline level.
5. The treadmill will automatically adjust to the selected incline level.
