To fold and move the MERACH MRK-T05 Portable Treadmill, please follow these steps:
1. Make sure the treadmill is in a stopped state before attempting to fold it.
2. Turn the column xxxx counterclockwise to fold the column in the indicated direction.
3. Once the column is folded, insert the red safety lock into the yellow mark position.
4. To move the treadmill, lift the rear of the machine and carefully move it to the desired location.
