To transfer recordings from the Olympus DS4000 to your computer, you can follow these steps:
1. Connect the DS4000 to your computer using the provided USB cable.
2. Place the DS4000 into the USB docking station/cradle.
3. On your computer, open the DSS Player software that is included with the recorder.
4. In the DSS Player software, click on the "Transfer" or "Download" button.
5. The software will detect the DS4000 and display the available recordings.
6. Select the recordings you want to transfer and choose the destination folder on your computer.
7. Click on the "Transfer" or "Download" button to start the transfer process.
8. Wait for the software to complete the transfer, and then you can access the recordings on your computer.
