To transfer recorded files from the Olympus DS-2300 Digital Voice Recorder to your computer, follow these steps:
1. Connect the Olympus DS-2300 to your computer using the provided USB cable.
2. Turn on the recorder and wait for it to be recognized by your computer.
3. On your computer, open the Olympus DSS Player software.
4. In the DSS Player software, click on the "Device" tab.
5. Select the Olympus DS-2300 from the list of connected devices.
6. The recorded files stored on the recorder will be displayed in the DSS Player software.
7. Choose the files you want to transfer to your computer by selecting them.
8. Click on the "Download" button in the DSS Player software to initiate the file transfer.
9. Select the destination folder on your computer where you want to save the transferred files.
10. Wait for the transfer process to complete. Once finished, you can access and manage the files on your computer.
