To adjust the incline on the Sports Art T635A LED Treadmill, follow these steps:
1. Start by ensuring that the treadmill is powered on and in standby mode.
2. Locate the incline buttons on the console. These buttons are usually labeled with an up arrow and a down arrow.
3. Press the up arrow button to increase the incline or the down arrow button to decrease the incline. Each press will adjust the incline by a small increment.
4. Continue pressing the appropriate button until you reach your desired incline level. The LED display will show the current incline percentage.
5. To quickly return the treadmill to the flat position, press the down arrow button until the incline is set to 0%.
