To replace the battery in your Polar FT7 Heart Rate Monitor, please follow the steps outlined in the user manual:
1. Remove the battery cover on the back of the heart rate monitor by sliding it downwards.
2. Take out the old battery from the battery compartment.
3. Insert a new CR1632 battery into the compartment with the positive (+) side facing up.
4. Replace the battery cover by sliding it upwards until it clicks into place.
5. Make sure the battery cover is securely closed to maintain the water resistance of the heart rate monitor.
