To adjust the screen brightness and color tone on the PocketBook InkPad Color 3 E-Book Reader, you can utilize the SMARTlight feature. Here's how:
1. On your PocketBook InkPad Color 3, go to the Home screen.
2. Tap the Settings icon (represented by a gear symbol) to open the Settings menu.
3. In the Settings menu, scroll down and select the Display option.
4. Within the Display settings, you will find the SMARTlight option. Tap on it to access the SMARTlight settings.
5. In the SMARTlight settings, you can adjust the brightness and color temperature of the screen according to your preference. You can slide the Brightness bar to increase or decrease the screen brightness. Similarly, you can slide the Color Temperature bar to adjust the color tone.
6. Experiment with different settings until you find the desired brightness and color tone that provide optimal reading comfort.
7. Once you have made the adjustments, exit the settings menu.
