To adjust the height and tilt of the Gigabyte M28U-SA-R Gaming Monitor, follow these steps:
1. Locate the stand attached to the monitor.
2. To adjust the height, firmly hold the monitor with one hand and use the other hand to grip the height adjustment lever located on the back of the stand.
3. While holding the lever, lift or lower the monitor to the desired height.
4. Release the lever to lock the monitor in place at the desired height.
To adjust the tilt angle:
1. Hold the monitor with one hand and use the other hand to grip the tilt adjustment lever located on the back of the stand.
2. While holding the lever, tilt the monitor forward or backward to the desired angle.
3. Release the lever to lock the monitor in place at the desired tilt angle.
