To set up the Compex 25331 Wireless Muscle Stimulator for your first use, follow these steps:
1. Charge the device: Connect the provided charging accessories to the muscle stimulator and plug it into a power source. Allow the device to charge fully before use.
2. Prepare the electrode pads: Attach the electrode pads to the muscle stimulator unit. Make sure the pads are clean and free from any dirt or residue.
3. Place the electrode pads: Identify the muscle groups you want to target and place the electrode pads accordingly. Refer to the user manual for specific placement instructions based on your desired program or muscle group.
