To pair your FreedConn BM2-S Bluetooth Motorcycle Helmet with your mobile phone, please follow these steps:
1. Make sure both the helmet and your mobile phone are fully charged.
2. Turn on your helmet by pressing and holding the on/off button for 3 seconds. The blue light will flash quickly and then flash slowly, indicating that the helmet is powered on.
3. On your mobile phone, go to the Bluetooth settings menu and make sure Bluetooth is turned on.
4. On your helmet, press and hold the on/off button for 5 seconds to enter the pairing mode. The red light and blue light will flash alternately, indicating that the helmet is in pairing mode.
5. On your mobile phone, search for Bluetooth devices. You should see "BM2-S" or a similar name in the list of available devices.
6. Select "BM2-S" on your mobile phone to start the pairing process.
7. Once the pairing is successful, the blue light on the helmet will start flashing, indicating that the helmet is connected to your mobile phone.
8. You can now use the helmet's Bluetooth features, such as making and receiving phone calls, listening to music, and using voice commands.
If you are still unable to pair your helmet with your mobile phone, try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Make sure you are following the pairing instructions correctly and that both devices are in close proximity to each other.
- Delete any existing Bluetooth pairing records on your mobile phone and restart the pairing process.
- Restart both the helmet and your mobile phone.
- If the issue persists, contact FreedConn's After-Sale Service for further assistance.
