To wire the TP-Link KS220 Smart WiFi Dimmer Switch, follow these steps:
1. Turn off the circuit breaker for the switch and remove the old wallplate.
2. Label the Ground and Neutral wires. The Ground wire is usually green or copper, while the Neutral wire is usually white and not connected to the old switch.
3. Disconnect the wires from the old switch.
4. Identify the Line and Load wires. The Line wire is usually black and coming from the circuit breaker, while the Load wire is usually black and connected to the light.
5. Use a voltage detector to identify the energized wire (Line wire). Take care to avoid electric shocks.
6. Turn off the circuit breaker again and label the Line and Load wires.
7. Connect the wires to the smart dimmer switch.
8. Line up the dimmer switch with the mounting holes and secure it with screws.
9. Attach the wallplate to complete the wiring process.
Please note that if you are unsure about the wiring process, it is recommended to consult a qualified electrician for assistance.
