To connect your computer and monitor to the UPS, use the "Battery Backup" outlets on the UPS. These outlets provide battery backup, EMI filtering, line conditioning, and surge protection. Simply plug your computer and monitor into these outlets. During a power failure, the UPS will automatically provide battery power to keep your equipment running. However, please note that you should not connect a laser printer or scanner to the battery backup outlets as these devices may draw too much power and overload the UPS.
