To activate the child lock function on the IKEA LAGAN Induction Hob Plug In 2 Zones, follow these steps:
1. Make sure the appliance is turned on and no power level is set.
2. Press and hold the Lock key for 3 seconds until the Lock key indicator lights up and a sound is heard.
3. The child lock function is now activated. The control panel will be locked, preventing accidental operation of the appliance.
4. To deactivate the child lock function, press and hold the Lock key for 3 seconds until the Lock key indicator goes off and a sound is heard.
5. The control panel will now be unlocked and you can use the appliance as usual.
