To connect the Sony KDL-40W700 TV to the internet, you have two options: wireless and wired.
1. Wireless Connection:
- Ensure that your router is turned on and functioning properly.
- On the TV, go to the Settings menu and select Network.
- Choose the Wireless option and select your Wi-Fi network from the available list.
- Enter your Wi-Fi password if prompted.
- Wait for the TV to establish a connection with your Wi-Fi network.
2. Wired Connection:
- Connect one end of a Category 7 LAN cable to the LAN port on the TV.
- Connect the other end of the LAN cable to your router's LAN port.
- On the TV, go to the Settings menu and select Network.
- Choose the Wired option.
