To pair the Mad Catz L.Y.N.X.3 controller with your device, follow these steps:
1. Make sure your device has Bluetooth enabled.
2. Press and hold the home button on the controller for 3 seconds to power it on. The LED will flash red to blue.
3. On your Android device, go to Settings > Bluetooth and enable Bluetooth.
4. Tap on "Search for Devices" or a similar option to scan for available devices.
5. Look for "Mad Catz L.Y.N.X.3" in the list of available devices and tap/click on it to pair.
6. Once pairing is complete, the LED on the controller will pulse blue, indicating a successful connection.
For PC pairing, the steps may vary depending on your operating system:
- Windows 10: Go to Start > Settings > Devices > Bluetooth. Enable Bluetooth and follow the same pairing process as for Android.
- Windows 8: Open the sidebar and go to Settings > Change PC Settings > PC and devices > Bluetooth. Enable Bluetooth and follow the same pairing process as for Android.
- Windows 7: Click the Start button, open Devices and Printers, and click on "Add Device." Enable Bluetooth on your PC and follow the same pairing process as for Android.
Note: The Mad Catz L.Y.N.X.3 controller can store two paired devices in memory. If you want to pair it with a second device, power down Bluetooth on the first device and initiate pairing on the second device. You can easily switch between both devices by managing the Bluetooth status on each host.
