To connect the WZRELB RBP250012B1 Solar Power Converter to your batteries, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the power switch on the inverter is in the OFF position.
2. Use the cables provided in the pack or larger cables to connect the positive terminal of the battery to the red binding post on the inverter, and the negative terminal of the battery to the black binding post on the inverter.
3. Make sure to connect the positive terminal of the battery to the positive terminal of the inverter, and the negative terminal of the battery to the negative terminal of the inverter. This prevents reverse polarity, which can cause damage to the inverter.
4. Pay attention to the sizing of the cables and fuses. The cable for connecting the battery and the inverter should be the recommended size or larger to ensure optimal performance. The fuse between the battery and the inverter should be calculated using the formula: inverter power divided by input voltage multiplied by 2.
5. Once the connections are made, ensure that they are secure and properly tightened.
6. The inverter is now ready to be used with your batteries.
