To connect the Teac LS-M100-B Powered Monitor Speakers to your audio device, follow these steps:
1. Set the power switch on the speakers to OFF.
2. Connect the included AC adapter (PS-P1524E) to the speaker and then to a power outlet.
3. Use a commercially available connection cable to connect the input jack(s) of the active unit (left speaker) to the output device (such as a computer, smartphone, or audio interface). You can use either the RCA pin input jacks or the stereo mini input jack, depending on the output options of your device.
4. Use the included speaker cable to connect the output terminal of the active unit to the input terminal of the passive unit (right speaker). The speaker terminals are labeled "OUTPUT TO RIGHT" on the active unit and "INPUT FROM LEFT" on the passive unit.
5. Once all the connections are made, set the power switch on the speakers to ON.
6. Adjust the output volume using the volume control xxxx on the rear panel of the active unit.
Make sure to refer to the owner's manual for detailed instructions and illustrations on the connections.
