Yes, the Sunshun SHGJ-3000 Power Transformer Step-up can be used for both step-up and step-down voltage conversion. If you select the input as 100-120V, it will work as a step-up transformer and the output voltage will be 220-240V. If you select the input as 220-240V, then it will work as a step-down transformer and the output voltage will be 100-120V.
