To pair the Sony SP700N True Wireless Bluetooth in-Ear Headphones with your device, please follow these steps:
1. Make sure the headphones are charged. You can charge them by placing them inside the carrying case and connecting the case to a power source using the provided USB cable.
2. Open the Bluetooth settings on your device. This can usually be found in the settings menu.
3. On the Sony SP700N headphones, press and hold the power button on the left earbud until the indicator light starts flashing in blue and red.
