To connect your Poly VOYAGER 4320-M headset to your computer, follow these steps:
1. Turn on your headset by sliding the power switch to the "on" position.
2. Insert the Bluetooth USB adapter that comes with your headset into an available USB port on your laptop.
3. The USB adapter LED will start flashing and then turn solid, indicating that the headset is connected to the USB adapter. If you are wearing the headset, you will hear a voice prompt saying "PC connected" to confirm the connection.
4. Once connected, the USB adapter LED will flash blue when you are on a call and remain solid when you are not on a call.
5. If you want to customize your headset behavior, you can download and install the Poly Lens Desktop App from poly.com/lens. This app allows you to configure advanced settings and options for your headset.
6. To configure your Bluetooth USB adapter to play music, go to the sound settings on your computer. On Windows, go to the Start menu, then Control Panel, then Sound, and select the Poly BT700 as the default playback device. On Mac, go to the Apple menu, then System Preferences, then Sound, and select the Poly BT700 on both the Input and Output tabs.
7. To pair your headset with a mobile device, put your headset in pairing mode by sliding and holding the power switch away from the off position until you hear "pairing" and the headset LEDs flash red and blue. Then, activate Bluetooth on your phone and set it to search for new devices. Select "Poly V43XX Series" from the list of available devices. Once successfully paired, you will hear "pairing successful" and the headset LEDs will stop flashing.
Please note that these instructions are based on the information provided in the Poly VOYAGER 4320-M UC Wireless Headset User Guide.
