To control the volume and answer calls using the Belkin G3H0001 SoundForm Headphones, you can use the remote located on the right earbud. The remote has built-in music and phone controls. To adjust the volume, press the "+" button to increase and the "-" button to decrease the volume. To answer or end a call, press the center button once. To reject an incoming call, press and hold the center button for about two seconds. Additionally, you can use the remote to skip songs by double-pressing the center button to skip forward and triple-pressing to skip backward.
