To connect the Sony ECMLV1 Compact Stereo Lavalier Microphone to your smartphone, follow these steps:
1. Go to the settings on your smartphone.
2. Tap on "Apps and Notifications" or a similar option.
3. Search for the phone camera app and tap on it.
4. Select "Permissions" and turn on the microphone permission.
5. Plug the microphone into your smartphone's 3.5mm jack.
6. Try recording audio or video using the phone camera app to test if the microphone is working.
Please note that some smartphones may require an adapter if they do not have a dedicated 3.5mm jack.
