To fill the water tank and use the steam function on the Oliso M2 Mini Project Steam Iron, follow these steps:

1. Make sure the iron is unplugged and cool before filling the water tank.
2. Locate the water tank on the iron. It is usually located near the handle.
3. Remove the water tank by gently pulling it out from the iron.
4. Open the water tank cap by twisting it counterclockwise.
5. Fill the water tank with clean tap water. Do not overfill; leave some space for steam expansion.
6. Close the water tank cap by twisting it clockwise until it is securely closed.
7. Insert the water tank back into the iron until it clicks into place.
8. Plug in the iron and turn it on.
9. Set the dial to either setting 2 or 3 for steam ironing.
10. Wait for the steam buttons on the iron to glow white, indicating that the iron is ready for steam.
