To clean the Elite Gourmet ESB-301BF Electric Single Flat Burner, follow these steps:
1. Make sure the unit is turned off, unplugged from the outlet, and completely cooled down before cleaning to avoid any personal injury.
2. Use a damp cloth to wipe off the base and heating element. Do not immerse the base in water or any other liquid.
3. Thoroughly clean and dry all parts of the burner.
4. Do not use any abrasive soaps, detergents, or cleaning materials to clean the burner.
