To clean the electric skillet, follow these steps:
1. Remove the plug from the wall outlet and allow the skillet to cool down completely.
2. Drain any excess oil or wipe the interior surface of the skillet with a paper towel.
3. Use a damp cloth or sponge to clean the surface and edges of the skillet.
4. The glass lid is dishwasher safe (TOP RACK ONLY) or can be washed by hand with warm soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge or cloth.
5. The inner body of the skillet can be cleaned with a damp soapy cloth or sponge.
6. Make sure all parts are clean and dry before storing. Store the appliance in its box or in a clean, dry place. Do not store it while it is hot or wet. Avoid wrapping the cord tightly around the appliance; keep it loosely coiled.
Note: Do not clean the product while it is hot and plugged into an electrical outlet. Do not immerse the skillet in water or any other liquid. Avoid using abrasive cleansers or materials that may damage the surfaces and non-stick coating. Do not pour cold water onto the skillet while it is still hot, as this may damage it and create a burn/fire hazard. Switch off the power, unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet, and allow it to thoroughly cool before cleaning.
