Cleaning the Elite Gourmet EG808 Non-stick Electric Skillet is easy and convenient. Here are the steps to follow:
1. Allow the skillet to cool down completely before cleaning.
2. Remove the temperature control unit from the skillet.
3. The skillet and the tempered glass lid are dishwasher-safe, so you can place them in the dishwasher for cleaning. Make sure to follow the dishwasher manufacturer's instructions.
4. If you prefer to hand wash, wipe down the non-stick cooking surface with a soft sponge or cloth after each use. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or scrub brushes that can damage the non-stick coating.
