To wear the Sony MDRE9LP/BLK Ear Buds correctly, follow these steps:
1. Look for the earpiece marked "R" for the right ear and the one marked "L" for the left ear.
2. Place the earpiece marked "R" in your right ear and the one marked "L" in your left ear.
3. There is a tactile dot on the unit marked "L" to distinguish the left side.
4. If the headphones do not fit your ears properly, you can use the supplied ear pads to improve the fit.
