To change the ISO settings on the Fujifilm Finepix S200EXR digital camera, follow these steps:
1. Turn on the camera and set it to shooting mode.
2. Press the "F" (Function) button located on the top of the camera.
3. Use the arrow keys on the back of the camera to navigate to the ISO setting.
