To adjust the temperature on the Rheem RTEX-13, follow these steps:
1. Locate the adjustment xxxx on the front of the water heater.
2. Turn the xxxx clockwise to increase the set output water temperature.
3. Turn the xxxx counterclockwise to decrease the set output water temperature.
4. You can set or adjust the temperature at any time between 80°F (27°C) and 140°F (60°C).
5. The temperature can be changed to your desired setting. The display will only stay on when the unit is in use or when you are setting the temperature.
Please note that adjusting the temperature should only be done by a licensed plumber or electrician.
