To clean the Hamilton Beach 26009 Belgian Mini Waffle Maker, follow these steps:
1. Unplug the appliance and let it cool down completely.
2. Wipe the cooking grids and the outside of the unit with a damp, soapy cloth.
3. Rinse the cloth and wipe the grids again to remove any soap residue.
4. Do not use steel wool, scouring pads, or abrasive cleansers on any part of the unit.
5. Never use sharp or pointed objects for cleaning purposes.
6. Allow the appliance to cool down completely before storing.
7. Lock the cover lock, and then the unit can be stored upright to save space.
Please note that you should not immerse the cord, plug, or base of the appliance in water or any other liquid to avoid the risk of electrical shock.
